Delete your Baytong account

This page applies to the Baytong Loyalty app for iOS and Android, published by BAYTONG SUPERMARKET. You can delete your account and personal data at any time — directly in the app, or by emailing us.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
- Open the BayTong app.
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type your phone number to confirm, then tap Delete permanently.
Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out. No further action is needed and you do not have to contact us.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you have already uninstalled the app, or cannot sign in, email hello@baytong.com with the subject “Delete my account”, and include the phone number registered to your account. We will verify that the request comes from you and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted

What we keep, and why
Purchase, payment, and accounting records are retained in anonymised form — no longer linked to your name, phone number, or email address — because Cambodian tax and accounting law requires us to keep transaction records. These records cannot be used to identify you.
Card and bank details are never held by us: in-app QR payments are handled entirely by ABA Bank / ABA PayWay. See the Privacy Policy for details.

ទំព័រនេះអនុវត្តចំពោះកម្មវិធី Baytong Loyalty សម្រាប់ iOS និង Android ដែលបោះពុម្ពផ្សាយដោយ BAYTONG SUPERMARKET។ អ្នកអាចលុបគណនី និងទិន្នន័យផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់អ្នកនៅពេលណាក៏បាន — ដោយផ្ទាល់នៅក្នុងកម្មវិធី ឬដោយផ្ញើអ៊ីមែលមកយើង។
ជម្រើសទី ១ — លុបនៅក្នុងកម្មវិធី
- បើកកម្មវិធី BayTong។
- ចូលគណនីរបស់អ្នក។
- ចូលទៅកាន់ ការកំណត់។
- ចុច លុបគណនី។
- វាយបញ្ចូលលេខទូរស័ព្ទរបស់អ្នកដើម្បីបញ្ជាក់ រួចចុច លុបជាអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍។
គណនីរបស់អ្នកនឹងត្រូវបានបិទភ្លាមៗ ហើយអ្នកនឹងចាកចេញដោយស្វ័យប្រវត្តិ។ អ្នកមិនចាំបាច់ធ្វើអ្វីបន្ថែម ឬទាក់ទងមកយើងឡើយ។
ជម្រើសទី ២ — ស្នើសុំលុបតាមអ៊ីមែល
ប្រសិនបើអ្នកបានលុបកម្មវិធីចេញរួចហើយ ឬមិនអាចចូលគណនីបាន សូមផ្ញើអ៊ីមែលទៅ hello@baytong.com ដោយដាក់ប្រធានបទ «លុបគណនីរបស់ខ្ញុំ» ហើយបញ្ជាក់លេខទូរស័ព្ទដែលបានចុះឈ្មោះ ក្នុងគណនីរបស់អ្នក។ យើងនឹងផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ថាសំណើមកពីអ្នកពិតប្រាកដ ហើយបញ្ចប់ការលុបក្នុងរយៈពេល ៣០ ថ្ងៃ។

អ្វីដែលយើងរក្សាទុក និងហេតុអ្វី
កំណត់ត្រាការទិញ ការទូទាត់ និងគណនេយ្យ ត្រូវបានរក្សាទុកក្នុងទម្រង់ អនាមិក — លែងភ្ជាប់ជាមួយឈ្មោះ លេខទូរស័ព្ទ ឬអ៊ីមែលរបស់អ្នកទៀតហើយ — ព្រោះច្បាប់ពន្ធដារ និងគណនេយ្យកម្ពុជាតម្រូវឱ្យយើងរក្សាកំណត់ត្រាប្រតិបត្តិការ។ កំណត់ត្រាទាំងនេះមិនអាចប្រើដើម្បីកំណត់អត្តសញ្ញាណអ្នកបានទេ។
យើងមិនដែលរក្សាទុកព័ត៌មានកាត ឬធនាគាររបស់អ្នកទេ៖ ការទូទាត់ QR ក្នុងកម្មវិធី ត្រូវបានដំណើរការទាំងស្រុងដោយ ABA Bank / ABA PayWay។ សូមមើល គោលការណ៍ភាពឯកជន សម្រាប់ព័ត៌មានលម្អិត។
