Report an issue from the app
The quickest way to reach us about something that happened in store is the built-in reporter — it reaches our team directly and gives you a reference number you can quote if you follow up.
- Open the BayTong app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Report an Issue.
- Choose a category — Product Quality, Missing Item, Price Error, Staff Service, Store Cleanliness, or Other.
- Describe what happened and submit. Keep the reference number you’re shown.

To help us find your account and answer quickly, please include the phone number registered to your Baytong account, and — if your question is about a purchase — the store, date, and receipt or reference number.
